As part of our  training programs offered Global Pilot Training Center initiates airline recruitment programs to source, assess and then train suitable individuals that will then be employed directly by the airline. We are now working  with a number of international  airlines around the world and helping to solve the pilot shortage they are encountering.

At the core of our Airline Career Launch is our Jump Start First officer Program. We train successful commercial low houred pilots to get a turbine transition course which will allow the pilot to develop real experience in the airline operations flying regular turbine  aircraft passenger 121 operations before getting our Type Rating course Either A 320 or B 737 depending where the pilot will employed after his Airline Career Launch program. We believe that only sim time is not enough since real route and flying experience are the essential ingredients to make a good pilot.

Initially we will be training pilots on either the Boeing or Airbus FFS (Jet Transition course) after the Jet transition course we will place the pilot in a 121 passenger operations for turbine flying at least for 120 hours, after the Turbine stage the pilot will get a type rating and line training depending on the program enrolled.

The benefit of the GPTC is that we train pilots from day one to be airline pilots; in a multi-crew airline operating environment where the training is delivered by experienced airline training personnel. We perform the majority of the flying training instruction on the actual aircraft type that the cadets will be entering airline service on.
